Friendly hosts and good service. The owners of this guest house were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and provided excellent service. Additionally, the location was great, with the town center just a few minutes' walk away and a large supermarket nearby. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and easily access amenities.
Outdated decor and noise from the main road. While we appreciated the hospitality, the decor in our room felt mismatched and outdated.

Martin was an excellent host, offering a great breakfast and a comfortable bed. The guest house is well placed for visiting Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, and Stratford upon Avon.
Nothing that I didn't like.
